I am passionate about the extraordinary power of good nutrition to improve our physical and mental wellbeing.  I use the principles of evidence-based nutrition and functional medicine to work with you to help you work towards your health goals, addressing the underlying cause of any health problems rather than just the symptoms.  I work on the principle of ‘food first’, using dietary change to improve your health, but may sometimes recommend taking supplements to give extra nutritional support if needed.



Private Consultations

Consultations are available in person in the Cambridge area, or via Skype.   I will ask you to complete a questionnaire and food diary before we meet, and we will work together to build a bespoke food and lifestyle plan to achieve your health goals.
