About Zoë
I have always been fascinated by how the human body works, so after a few years of working in the corporate world, I decided to leave it behind to pursue my passion in the area of natural health, and train as a Nutritional Therapist.
In the 15 years since then, I have helped both individuals and businesses thrive through the application of tailored nutritional advice. My aim is to educate and inspire my clients to make long-term, sustainable diet and lifestyle changes, and to help them set and achieve realistic health goals.
I have a special interest in women’s and children’s health and, as a mother of three, I can apply my own experience of pregnancy and the juggle of motherhood in helping families to make healthy food choices that fit in with their busy lives. I’m passionate about local, seasonal food, reducing food waste and cutting down our use of plastics. So, since moving to the countryside, we have been growing our own organic fruit and vegetables in the garden at home, with admittedly mixed results!
As a complement to my nutrition business, I trained as a Hatha yoga teacher in 2015 and have since been running private and group yoga classes in my local area. I first discovered yoga during pregnancy, and have practised regularly ever since. I am always amazed by the enormous range of physical and mental health benefits yoga can bring, and it is a privilege to be able to share this with my clients.
