Here are some of the nutrition projects I have worked on:

• Honestly Healthy – selected to be a Nutrition Ambassador, researching and writing articles on a range of health topics

• Linden Tree Nursery Schools (formerly Baby Room) – staff training and menu development for the under 5s 

• Lancôme – supported PR launch of a range of vitamin-enriched beauty products, offering mini nutrition consultations to press attendees  

• Tignum – delivered the nutrition component of corporate wellbeing workshops to various businesses  

• The Parent Practice – wrote and delivered nutrition module of a parenting course
