A 4-week video-based course, giving busy mums the tips and tools they need to support their own sanity as well as their family’s wellbeing.  The combination of nutrition education and easy, time-saving tips will make your life easier, whilst also improving the health of everyone in your family.  

I will help you to have more confidence in the food choices you make for your children and teach you time-saving methods for planning family meals, so it no longer feels like a chore.

THE COURSE INCLUDES

  • 4 weekly live Zoom training calls with a workbook for each topic

  • 4 weekly live Q&As for any questions you may have

  • Recordings of these if you can’t make the live calls

  • A private, members-only Facebook Group where you can ask me all your family food and nutrition questions, support each other and share your struggles and breakthroughs in a small, friendly community.
